The Yellow Eye Kole Tang
Our Story
Kole Tang Aquatics is named after the Yellow Eye Kole Tang and its founder, Kole Elkin. Fascinated by aquatic life since childhood, Kole has always had a passion for creating beautiful underwater habitats where marine life can thrive. From maintaining large saltwater aquariums in his own home to spending over a decade working in both large and small aquarium shops, Kole turned his lifelong passion into a career.
In 2024, Kole founded Kole Tang Aquatics as a mobile, service-focused aquarium business, bringing his expertise and passion for aquatic life directly to customers. What began as a specialized aquarium service company quickly grew into something much bigger.
In 2026, Kole Tang Aquatics reached an exciting milestone with the opening of its first retail store, offering a premium selection of saltwater and freshwater fish, corals, aquarium products, and expert aquatic care.
Today, Kole Tang Aquatics combines its roots in personalized aquarium service with a premier retail experience, helping fellow aquatic enthusiasts create and maintain thriving underwater worlds.
